Overall amazing experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you’re out. Bedrooms were large and comfortable, kettle and fridge provided and the staff were accommodating and supportive, especially Mohamed Ashik on the 9th floor. Lovley brother, when service was required he was the first there, not once but multiple times such as cleaning the bins out, restocking tissue and of course, bringing tea! I had a lovely relationship with him which enhanced and strengthened my wonderful experience in this hotel.

Asalaamu alaykum wa rahmatulahi wa barakatuh. Great welcoming, friendly and respected staff,travelled with my brother, for Umrah..location perfect, about five min, to the masjid e nabawi , Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin, also small shops and the food court was very good which is outside the gate 310 , a bit of history there regarding our Prophet Muhammad SAW, OK, not to mention my brother misplaced his passport, The moment we reported it to the reception, the whole team, Abdul latif ,Abdul karim, Iyaad, Usam,Iiman and the other lad ,, also the hotel staff , were so amazingly helpful,, May Allah reward them all with all good for here and here after, ameen. As we had to change our travelling back home plans , we were given different room ,on the discounted price, , we extended our stay until we got the new emergency passport, Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin, all Allah s plans, Everything went smoothly, I miss the chai ,, Not only the staff took good care of their guests, but their employees too, clean rooms with fridge and kettle, We are very glad to say that we are very satisfied with their service and the hotel is worth every penny. Nothing but best remarks for Emaar Taiba Hotel, In shaa Allah will see you again, soon ,

I recently booked a stay at Emaar Taiba, but upon arrival, I was surprised to learn that my booking had been upgraded to Emaar Maktan Hotel. Initially, I was disappointed, but my disappointment quickly turned into delight. The room I was assigned was lovely, complete with a spacious sitting area that offered breathtaking views of the Prophet Mosque. It was truly a wonderful experience. I would like to extend my gratitude to bookng.com and Emaar Taiba for their exceptional service. I highly recommend Emaar Maktan Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

I don't know why this hotel has a poor rating but I really liked my stay here. Room was clean and location was 5 mins away from haram. You can also park for free in front of hotel (if available).

5 minutes walk to the mosque which was the best thing for me. The staffs were very nice as i had a problem with my booking reference due to he fault of the travel agent i used, but the staff were very understanding and sympathised with the situation. It had a fridge in the room which was even bigger than the one in the 5 star hotel i stayed in in Mecca. The only thing i can fault, is the rooms don't come with a stationed iron in them. you have to request for it. The manager did say it could take 50 minutes to get one but they actually got me one within 10 minutes which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff here were excellent! They were accommodating and welcoming. From the bellman, to the room cleaners, to reception... it's close to the haram and reception is ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are a fair size and their lifts work well. You don't have to wait

I Will give 10 out of 10! Very smooth check-in and checkout. The hotel was very clean and few minutes walk to Masjid E NABAWI SHARIF ❤️❤️ COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BEFORE AND AFTER ARRIVAL THROUGH MESSAGES!!! Im so happy with the quality of services we have received ☺️☺️🌹 Will definitely use their services in future IN SHA ALLAH!!!!
